Possible Assessments
Some or all of the buffs and whims chosen for this trait don't seem to make logical sense for the name of the trait.
This trait is named after a real medical diagnosis, but the whims and buffs chosen seem inaccurate and/or potentially insensitive to people actually affected by the condition.
You have described the buffs and whims well, and they make sense based on the name of the trait.
General Guidelines
When creating certain whims and buffs (maybe even some additional things that affect careers, skills, relationships and such) it's always good to see if this fits well enough with the trait you're making. For example, if you're making a hot-headed trait, they should have whims and buffs about getting angry quickly rather than always be happy and never getting angry.
When making traits based on a mental illness, developmental difference, physical difference, illness, disability, or anything that is a bit more realistic than what is presented in the sims' universe, it's always important to do a lot of research. Portraying things that can have huge impacts on real people's lives is a responsibility, and should never be played for laughs or used to stereotype/vilify/abuse a group of people. If you are not willing to do thorough research and be respectful, then you should stick to "cartoony" traits, more like what's seen in EA-made traits.
