General Guidelines

Since downloaders need to be able to search for specific types of content, you also need to use the tick boxes to specify this in the Upload Wizard. This allows you to share information about the CC like lot size, what category your CASPart belongs in, etc. It's a clear and quick overview for downloaders to easily find everyday clothing if they want more of that, or maybe new mesh recolours! So make sure that the information fits the description

What is the difference between type of meshes and such? What do I click?
It's quite easy once you get the hang of it, but here is everything laid out about which is what:

Recolour: If you only altered the textures on a maxis/EA mesh. Whether that is giving it just a different colour or completely overhauled the texture but didn't change nor touched the mesh, you want this one!
New mesh recolour: This one is the same as recolour but instead of altering the texture of a maxis/EA mesh you're altering the textures for a mesh that a creator made.
New mesh: This one is if you made your own mesh and uploaded it. Also counts if you altered a Maxis/EA mesh or someone else's mesh.

If you altered someone else's mesh, make sure to check their TOU to see if they permit this.
